What is a private chef? Well, it is similar to a caterer only the meals are cooked on site and the parties tend to be smaller. Think of hosting your own dinner party and hiring out the part of cooking, serving and cleaning.
Where? Anywhere. I am based out of Northeast Oregon, where the ranch is located. I host a small number of dinners on the ranch each summer and the rest of the year, I am in kitchens, fields and farms wherever people are gathering to eat.

$50-$150/plate depending on your budget and the cost of ingredients. I also charge for the cost of travel or a site fee for dinners on the ranch. If you have a different kind of budget in mind, let’s talk.

I am a classically trained chef with experience in cooking lots of different types of cuisine. What I specialize in is elevated farm-to-table style food, like a five star potluck. I plan menus based on what is in season and available to use from my own ranch and the farms nearby.

Yes. Depending on my availability, I am able to cook on site for longer stretches of time and multiple meals a day.

I work with several outstanding wineries and importers to help me pair wine with your meals. I charge the cost of alcohol. I can also make classic or signature cocktails upon request.
